Revision Requests

1. Revision Limit: Each client is entitled to request up to two (2) revisions per video/audio/short, free of charge.

2. Scope of Revisions: Revision requests must be within the scope of the original project brief and should not involve significant changes or additions beyond the initial agreement.

3. Submission Deadline: Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the completed project. Any requests made after this deadline may incur additional charges or be subject to scheduling availability.

Process for Revision Requests

1. Submission: To request a revision, please email us at contact@mypostpod.com

2. Details: In your email, clearly outline the specific changes or adjustments you would like to be made, referencing specific timestamps or segments if applicable.

3. Response Time: We will acknowledge your revision request within 2 business days and provide an estimated timeframe for completion.

4. Completion: Upon completion of the revisions, we will send you a revised version of the project for your review and approval.

Exclusions

1. Additional Revisions: Any revision requests beyond the allotted two (2) revisions will be subject to additional charges.

2. Major Changes: Requests for major changes or modifications that significantly deviate from the original project brief may require a separate agreement and incur additional fees.
